Easy to install. Has worked very well since installation.

Overall the thermostat is easy to use, it helps save money on natural gas. However, the installation is another story. The support website does not mention that for some old HVAC system you don't need to connect a C wire to this Nest Learning Thermostat.

Best purchase ever.. our air conditioner works way more efficient and our rooms are cooled upstairs when before it was always hot. Love, love, love this thermostat. We also bought the room sensors to help balance everything.

We decided to get this on a sale at the beginning of the year and haven’t looked back. We had a Honeywell smart thermostat and just didn’t like it but have loved our Nest!

I love my new nest, it was easy to install and setup. I was able to get it up and running in less than 30 minutes. The app feature is great, especially during these hot summer months. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing the savings on my electric bill soon.

It was easy to install and I liked that it came with a cover plate large enough to cover the area from the old thermostat. It learns well and works even better with the more input that you provide. I don't have any other "connected" devices, but am interested in getting some. I don't know how the Nest can monitor heating and cooling differently based on which room is occupied without having a multi-zone system though.

Best decision I’ve made to get a smart thermostat. Nest is so easy to set up and use, being able to control the temp from the app on my phone is so nice. The eco mode saves energy and money.

I changed out a different nest for this design because of the ease of use.

I had a first generation Nest that worked really well. After moving into my new home I purchased 3 of these units. Works great and I can control them all from one swipe of an app whether I'm at home or away.

It went on an usual sale and bought it immediately. Allows easy access and control for my second home, which I cannot always be there. Easy display and lights up when you are nearby. Highly recommend and also be sure to get your local utility rebate!

Cool gadget. Able to control thermostat from phone is convenient. Saves on electricity by using the eco feature.

Works well so far, no issues except I understand google is not going to continue servicing this product next year. I'm not sure what this is going to mean for continued operation.

I am quite pleased with the Nest Thermostat. With it I can review its settings and usage throughout the day. It was easy to install and very easy to use plus I got a rebate. It is less complex than the model that came with my home and that makes me happy.

This is the best learning thermostat available. It can do a lot more than just manage temperature. You can tie it with a NEST Protect (smoke alarm) and have it shut down your HVAC system if there's smoke in the house. And lots more.

Easy to use, love that I can regulate the thermostat from my phone from anywhere. So 15 minutes before I come home I can change the thermostat to a higher temp so my house is nice and warm when I get home or turn the ac on cooler in the summer.

Works great and compatible with Alexa works cool but I had to return a couple before I got one that would slide good on the rotation. Not as seamless as they should’ve been, manufacturer defects

We LOVE our Nest thermostat. Being new to full home automation having this thermostat is a must and we can't believe we went this long without one. It will be interesting to see how what if any, the learning feature lowers our bills.

I purchased the thermistat after reading reviews. Installed and thermostat worked for a week. Woke up at 2 in the morning to a chilly house. Furnace was off. Called Nest and spent two hours on the phone with them trouble shooting. I was impressed with how much they helped. The internal battery was dead and the tech determined that it was because my router was conttantly pinging it keeping the radio on. I hadn't seen my router on the list of incomparable devices but he thought it was. We decided to try charging the battery using the USB port for a day and seeing if it started working. I installed an old thermostat in the intermediate. When I tried it a couple days later the battery was still dead. I didn't have time to mess with it so just returned it to Best buy. A couple days later a senior Nest tech called to ask about it. He said my router was comparable and that given the battery wouldn't charge the charging circuit was bad. I was actually very impressed with the service team. I will probably try another Nest thermostat when I get the time. While working it performed well. I had it connected to our Logitech Harmony system and it worked well together.
