Great thermo and some part of Automation of climate

Loved the thermostat, easy to install and very easy to use I recommend this product.

The 3rd gen Nest Learning Thermostat is awesome. I setup a simple schedule of when I leave for work and go to sleep. After a week of adjusting the temperature when I got home from work, the nest began automatically doing that for me. It has functioned exactly as expected since installation. Highly recommend to anyone that does not have a smart thermostat.

So far so good one of the best thermostat I've used in a while easy installation takes a while but once you get all the cords connected and do a run test works perfect

I had an old manual thermostat and recently purchased the Nest system. It’s easy to set up and install, and is compatible with most home furnace and HVAC systems. The system is a self learning system and will quickly adapt to your schedule, and while you can set a general program to reduce energy usage is tremendously beneficial, the remote access is almost as helpful should your schedule change unexpectedly. This is a worthwhile investment to improve energy efficiency.

I haven't had any problems this far with the system. It does a great job of keeping the house cool. I think our Trane thermostats were bad & picking up heat from the wiring from the wall. It caused it to constantly stay on. Since getting the nest system, I haven't had those problems. Setting it when we go out of town for days is great because it allows us to run the system on our way home so it feels like nothing has changed.

This thermostat replaced a traditional thermostat so we can control it remotely. Find the app easy to use.

First the environmental issue. OK, Apple programmed us all to think our regular stuff had to arrive in tiffany-grade packaging. You can't count the number of formed paper and cardboard layers in this package. Totally, totally over the top. I'm a retired product designer, and I'm telling you this stuff is not only a huge environmental waste but it's also EXPENSIVE. If you knew this package added $20 to your purchase price, would you mind? And then there's the screwdriver. OK, this should be sold in the MOMA gift shop, it's that beautiful, but again, what percentage of homes already have a screwdriver at home or could borrow one? A super expensive screwdriver and another eco waste. And now about the software installation. We first installed this on a Google Home App and also on a NEST app. Big mistake. We ended up with "ghost" thermostats that couldn't be deleted. I'll spare you the long story but tech support was needed, and we're plenty tech savvy. This should not happen. If you've got a Nest thermostat showing on your Nest app, you should be able to delete it, period. Lastly, once installed, this is a very nice thermostat. But if enough of us complain about this over-the-top packaging situation we're now in, maybe it will make things change.

This was very easy to use and I love this as a small upgrade in tech for my home. It has a dial that allows you to adjust the temperature easily. Great product.

Great buy wish I would have waited the price dropped another $50.00 being unemployeed would be nice to have that back. But overall great product. You still get back $125.00 from edison and gas combined. Easy install, I saw how to do this on youtube and got it to work properly. If for any reason you are not sure ablut your wires do not attempt to install it on your own. You would not want to risk blowing your transformers. No not the movie. Your actual electric transformers.

Worked as advertised. Easy to use but you may need electrician or aircon contractor to help you with installation. I wish product installation cost can be either free with geek squad or discounted significantly.

Great thermostat work smart and easy to use ..keep my house cold and this summer .

I recommend having this installed by a professional unless you are very tech savvy. My husband is tech savvy, but still installed it wrong. The nesr customer service hotline was so helpful in helping him figure it out, they were on the phone with him for and hour and forty five minutes trouble shooting the issue. It works great and it’s so easy to use. I also love the aesthetics of the product. Looking forward to seeing what it does to our electric bill.

Easy to use, very reliable. Nice that it learns usage so you don’t have to change temperature.
