Everything I needed to install was in the box. It’s very neat and looks great in the house. Customer service department was great(except for the wait time) I chatted online with the nest rep and was sent a customized figure of what my wiring should look like when I connected it. It took no more than 30 minutes to install. Gives us peace of mind that we can turn on the ac anytime if we forget to do so and the doggies don’t suffer.

I love that I can control my thermostat while I’m away from home. With that being said, it’s absolutely wonderful that it tracks when I’m home and when I’m away and adjust the temperature accordingly. The “learning” aspect has been a bit rough though. I don’t have a set schedule as at work so it seems to Have made a schedule that doesn’t really reflect my overall away time.

It works well. I use the Nest E as well, but it didn't fit my wiring so I had to use the 3rd gen here.

Easy set up with enclosed instructions makes it super easy. From there you have many choices to let it learn your preferences or to change the temp from wifi.

Great investment, can operate it from my phone and away from home!

Wow! This thing is cool. Works like it says and was so easy to set up. The Nest support team was amazing. Never has any product had better support. After everything was mounted and hooked up, the setup process was simple. After three days it new my schedule and has the house warm when I need it to be. And if I want to change something from work I just login and change it from my phone. (That's right Kids, Ole Dad is watching) Don't let the price scare you off. It's worth it.

We bought this with the rebate and will hopefully help with our electric bill. Its nice that it learns on its own and can control it from the app.

Working great so far ..We have been using for the last 1*year..it works perfectly..no issues..schedules/ease of use.We have replaced the traditional thermostat(honeywell) with this one and very happy with the purchase...
