Very good product. After the first week of learning my temperature preferences; the Nest was saving me money. Installation was super easy. Just one thing to note. It took 24 hours for the internal battery to charge for the WiFi feature. I was glad I did not have to hardwire my Nest to my furnace.

This thermostat has been wonderful so far. After several frustrating fixes with our old, outdated thermostat, this has been the easiest thing to use. I love that we can check/adjust the thermostat with our phones while we are away. No more worries about whether or not we turned off the a/c. It learned our weekly schedule pretty quick and I rarely adjust it. We are super happy with this purchase.

I initially bought an Ecobee and after spending hours trying to install it I went and got the Nest. I am so glad that I did! Took maybe 10 minutes to install and had no issues getting this thing working. I love being able to adjust the temp through my phone and having a set schedule. I would recommend the Nest to anyone who is looking for a smart thermostat for their home.

It was very easy to install and connect my Nest Thermostat. I have it connected to my Alexa account. It makes monitoring the temperature of my house very easy. I was able to turn up the temp of the house when I was not home.

Worked great for almost a year, then stopped holding a charge. Sending it back for a replacement with the manufacturer.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I love that i can customize the temperature depending on the time of day, when I'm on vacation or if I just want to save some electricity. Would recommend if you want to modernize your home.

This would normally be a 5 star review. However the situation being that it was. 2 years and 2 days after my purchase(considering its a 2 year warranty) the wifi module went out on my previous Nest Thermostat. After contacting support at Google Nest which they do through Twitter, now X, they "regret" to inform me of this well known situation and that the only solution is to go and purchase a new one. So thats what this purchase is. A replacement unit for something that should have been warrantied by almost any other company. Seriously contemplated going a different thermostat route, but because of the unique nature of our heating and cooling on this home and the wiring all done, all I have to do is pull off the old one and plug the new one in and connect to my wifi and go. I decided for ease of use I would do that.

This product is just solid. It's well built, easy to install and set up, and just quality. It is expensive, but the investment totally pays for itself. I like the AI, it automatically finds ways to save you energy. There is a sensor that detects if your home or not and adjusts the temperature accordingly. The thermostat is impressive!

Needed to get a new Nest thermostat necause rhe old one was damaged. Came into Best But and bought the nrwer version. Works like a charm. Thanks again Best Buy. Yall are the best.

This product does lots of cool stuff. Modernizes the room.

Thermostat follows schedules and adapts to habits quickly. The downside for the thermostat was the compatibility with my HVAC unit. It claimed to be compatible and install seemed easy, but a few weeks later the battery on the thermostat dies because it was not receiving power from the hot wire as it should from most units. The problem was not difficult to fix but was inconvenient as it could be recognized on the front end by thermostat as the other steps within the install process.
