The product works really well. Controlling the thermostat from my phone is cool. Only drawback is that if the thermostat is in one part of ur house and u don't walk it for a few hours the thermomstat could shut off and go into away mode. This can be fixed by having it run for a predetermined amount of time but that defeats the purpose. Overall great product and extremely easy to install.

I’ve had one of these for over two years now. It keeps us at just the right temperature when we are home, and saves us money while we are away. The learning features work well and eco mode can you save some $$$ if you use it. Best thermostat I’ve ever had. Wish it worked natively with Apple Home though.

I've had the Nest Thermostat for over a month now and really like its features. It is a bit pricey so I'm really hoping it will save us money, in the long run, to make it a good return on our investment. You really don't have to touch it much once it learns your preferences and I can control it thru Alexa.

The thermostat is easy to install and looks great on the wall.

After initial set up because of an exsisting issue with my system it performed as advertised. Online control and Goggle home integration is very nice.

After allowing the system to learn your habits, it will save you money in no time. The best thermostat comes with a friendly easy to use app for your mobile phone to help ensure the best heating/cooling for your home is being properly implemented. Glad we purchased this product, it came with a free Google mini speaker too. Great deal!

Got 3 two for my house one for my mother works like a charm use from my phone set timers etc very easy install took about 10mins

I have been using nest thermostat for over two years now. Now I using two in my two-story house. Ease to install a configure with Alexa. Yes really you safe energy. If you activate location it will tend to the lowest level if you’re not home.

Learns your habits, can easily change temperature on your smartphone! Love it!

I thought it was going to be somewhat difficult to install the thermostat but it was very easy to do. The only concern was the wires from the old thermostat not knowing 100% were they will be connected. However, you can call the representative and send them a picture of your current setting (before removing the wires from the old one) and the person at the other end will tell you exactly where they go. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the "Away mode", 2 out of 10 times works and I think it is a very important feature if you want to save on electric bills.

This is replacement for one that quit working properly. Have always loved the product when working properly.

I’ve been using the Nest smart thermostat for several years now and just bought another one to put in my new home. The ease of use, programmability, and level of control from the excellent mobile app make this item a must have for me. Nobody else makes an easier to use, more reliable thermostat than Nest.

I remodeled my home and was happy to get Nest its easy to use and learns what temp you use from night and day and will do it automatically. I like it a lot and would recommend it

Very helpful for controlling your thermostat while outside of your house. Have come into many situations where I realized I would be gone longer than I expect from home. Was a simple fix by getting on the app and lowering the temperature or raising in the case of the ac. Also has many features that help you save on your energy bill.

Worth the investment. Me and my husband decided to install ourselves. After watching a few videos online and doing some research on what a heat pump was we were able to install 2 thermostats in our home. It learns your temperature changing habits and has lowered our power bill. App is easy to use.

The first one was temperamental, but Google promptly sent a replacement. No issues with this one. Love the functionality! This is my second how with Neat thermostats. Love them.
