So much simpler than a normal thermostat. Does a terrific job when learning patterns and i rarely need to touch it.

Love this thing. Just purchased a house 3 months ago and immediately had to replace the ancient thermostat mounted in my living room. Easy installation, took about 10-15minutes. Applied to PSEG energy saving program for $85 return check.

The Nest Smart WiFi Thermostat is worth its weight in gold once you learn how to operate the Nest. Your electric bill will go way down once you get everything set up in your house. This is a great addition to having an energy efficient home.

It is easy to install and easy to operate from anywhere.

This is my 2nd nest as my 1st was sold with house i sold. I had the opportunity of buying another and after long research of all the others thermostat i kept coming back to this one. What drawn us to it over and over again it how easy it is to use.

Super happy with the nest. Can do a number of customized settings to ensure the house is comfortable for everyone. The house is sporadically occupied and so having flexibility to easily manage the nest either going to eco mode or changing the temp remotely is an energy saver.

Easy to install and app is easy to use. I was able to program the schedule easily. I added a sensor in the master bedroom, also easy to add to the system. It is too early to see if it will save me money as it claims. Over the next few months I will post another review.

I like the ability to control thermostat remotely. But at times I get the message that the nest was offline. So I close and open the app to wake the thermostat (hoping that helps). Sometimes just two or three attempts are good and sometimes more than 5 tries. Overall, it's a good buy. I like the usage history a lot.

Bought this Smart Thermostat for my husband for Christmas. (The newest addition to our Google Home gadgets) He really likes it and loves that it can be controlled by his phone.

Lots of capability, some complexity for a thermostat and now on the expensive end. The new Nest version may be a better choice, except at this time, the new one doesn't work with the remote located sensors. I like having the sensor to keep my 2nd floor temp where bedrooms are maintained at night and in the morning. Install is super easy and it looks good. It also is compatible with my utility companies energy saving programs.

Easy to use. I liked it because I do need to keep adjusting my thermostat just the first week and the nest will save it. Just make sure when you sync it you have 2.4 GHz wifi or changed to 2.4 because you can not sync with 5G

I was surprised at how easy it was to install this, the instructions online are clear. The app and device controls are pretty simple, and it mostly takes care of itself once you've used it for a few weeks. I was shocked that it cut our energy bill significantly and paid for itself over the course of six months. Can't beat that.

Easy installation and works well with your phone or pebble watch

This thermostat has decreased our energy usage significantly and yet I still wake up to a warm house by setting it to warm up 30 minutes prior to the time I have to wake up for work. We can set it in eco mode when we are out of the house all day, and if we forget we can do everything from our phones as well.

Easy to install, even easier to use. No more time spent trying to program a thermostat. Set the temps you like with a twist of the dial and this smart stadt will figure out your normal heating and cooling patterns and apply them for you. My house is much more comfortable now without the wide temperature swings. So it truly is a set and forget item. .

Easy to use and nice to be able to control away from home!

I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I had to search the web for troubleshooting info during hook-up. It was extremely cold when I installed this unit and turns out it can interfere with the A/C hook-up if extremely cold out. I ended up hooking up heat only for now and will have possibly have to add an additional wire to have A/C wired in during extremely cold months. NEST should add this info to their troubleshooting info. I like the wireless control both from my phone and our Google Home Mini.

Almost perfect but slight issue recognizing my RH wire that powers the heat. Otherwise, love that the thermostat starting learning our schedule right away, ease of use, and how easy it was to setup (wiring and adding to our nest app). Nest is still showing an issue with RH wire not being detected but heat working as expected. Will keep an eye out to see how it progresses.
