This works as advertised. Thermostats are basically a necessary eyesore. This one looks good. I purchased it as a gift and the receiver loved it. Said the installation and setting things up was pretty easy.

I love my Nest Learning Thermostat! It is very easy to use... Some nice features are, the thermostat learns your habits so there's no need to constantly adjust it and the dial is illuminated. It's also energy efficient!

Iam hvac pro I replaced different type of thermostats on various systems but when I installed nest to my customers I got good feed back I decided to give a try its working as expected very happy with this genius product

I love the Nest, when ever we are out of town and headed home we either kool down or warm the house Ahead Of time.. when we get home we have it at perfect temperature.. you can set times as well..

Love this way nicer then our old ecobee4 and set up was a breeze already having smoke detectors by nest in the house

My electricity bill was saved by 50$ and i know it would have been alot more if I had used this in the start of the month but any how I am loving as it monitors and learns our of what tim what kind of temperature we want.

This thermostat works pretty well—until it doesn’t. I’ve got it set up to come on at 7 am and go off at 9 pm, which it does—most of the time. Every now and then it doesn’t. It’s easy to fix with the app on my phone to manually turn on the heat, but it seems like it should turn on just like it did yesterday. The Best Buy technician didn’t know how to set it up to do what I wanted, so that was frustrating. The thermostat comes with a screwdriver set to aid in installation. The technician was going to keep that until I made a passing comment about how useful it would be at that size. Then he “offered” it to me. It’s mine…came in the box…he should be making sure I received it. I’d do like how easy it is to adjust the temperature from the app, for example when I forget to turn the heat down when I’m away from home.

The best thermostat was easy to setup and great for convenience. Make sure to hook up the constant line so your nest can stay powered.

Install was very simple and straight-forward. Connected to my Wi-Fi easily and setup was simple. Had some issues with error codes related to 'not getting power,' but made some adjustments and checked breakers and now all seems to be well. I love being able to make adjustments to everything from my phone. Planning to update all electronics/appliances/fixtures in our home to 'Smart' devices and hoping this helps controlling temperature and as a result, lowering electric bill. We shall see as time passes. Very happy thus far.

The setup was kind of an awful experience, I was number 70 in the queue on a phone call and I kept dropping me. However, we really like the app with our new thermostat. It was actually easy to install, just annoying that we had been on the phone for 2 hours trying to find out if it was compatible, because that's what the instructions said to do.

I love this thermostat! I will say this...if you install it yourself(as I did) it's easy to install, but if it doesn't work, you might be missing the common wire. You can install this yourself too(I did) and now my nest works perfectly!

Great thermostat. My only problem is that I had 5 wires instead of 4 . The 5th one had to be taped off. It has learned my settings in less than one week. This is a great purchase . Customer service was great too.

Great color, excellent thermostat that is easy to use via the app and physically by twisting the dial. Setup was easy and has been reliable so far.

I love the thermostat. It is simple to install, I think just about anyone could do it themselves. The app works well and the thermostat has already saved me money on my power bill after just the first month.

Does just what it's supposed to and it is rock solid. Love this thermostat and geo location feature to automatically turn our thermostat into "eco mode", which saves us significantly on our heating bill.

This is the way to go. Easy to manage, many features, looks good, and can be monitored from anywhere, Highly recommended.
