Setup was easy, love the look and feel of the dial. Web set up was easy, but why, why, why! is there not an option to have the current temp display in large text?! It will only show the target temp in large numbers, you need to look really closely at the small numbers to see what the temp actually is. Exchanged for an Ecobee 3, much happier!

Easy to install, has dial for regulating heat, has digital display that lights up when you walk by to show temperature. It is so much better than old, impossible programmable thermostat. My electric bill has dropped in wattage as well. Win, win!

By far the best Nest Smart Thermostat out there. I’m so glad I decided on it because it learns as time goes on. It’s nice and sleek looking. Definitely saves me money

The Nest has been awesome so far!! It learned our patterns quickly and still continues to adjust to our daily activities and update its scheduled based on that. Really love that you can control it from your phone too! Looking forward to seeing our upcoming heating bills to see the difference it will start having.

Unfortunately when I first installed it, it completely blew a fuse in my HVAC but after I replaced it in 5 min it worked perfectly fine. Stylish and simple to use. Has helped allot with energy conservation in our new home. It was a good purchase

The learning part of this thermostat would work well for people who have a regular schedule. But if you have kids and are in and out of the house a lot, then the manual programming would be best. That is made easy with the mobile app. I also like being able to change the setting from the comfort of my recliner.

Install is easy; online videos available. Had a question for Nest reps, they were persistent in making sure I was 110% satisfied with their product. Ended up buying a second one for another area.

Easy, straight forward set up. Intuitive. Wish it was better intergrated with the google home app rather than needing to pivot to the nest app. Outside of that, absolutely love it.

Have loved using this thermostat. Great to change when I’m gone and have been very pleased with stability of the connection. I have a somewhat complicated setup with a dual fuel furnace and it works great and is super customizable.

Bought this product due to my first gen nest finally giving out. Same day pick up within a couple hours and easy install. Has been an amazing purchase!

We have Vivint Security systems for about four years now. We were using their Thermostats before . Recently We changed it to Nest Thermostat and the results are aw some. It's worth spending a little more for this Excellent Thermostat.

Purchased this in order to better regulate the temperature in the house. This thermostat has helped lower energy costs in both summer and winter. The ability to change and set the temperature from an iPhone app is also very useful.

we have 2 nests thermostats and have found them helpful in adjusting our temperature via wifi when we're not home...Nest promises savings on your utility bill and i suspect that there are some savings but it is really hard to measure what the benefits are or might be...still, overall, I like the Nest thermostat and would be willing to buy one again as long as I could get the price reduction that was available and the rebate offered by our utility company

Great product overall but my house was built in the 90s and there is not a common wire for the thermostats. So without it, I need to change the input (heat and cool) every season which is kind of a pain. Otherwise the thermostat does not get enough power. Nest has offered to pay for putting in the common wire but it sounds like a huge task to put in and walls and floors may have to be ripped up. So long story short, I have just been making the wire change every season.

We purchased this product couple month ago. And we really love it. Easy to install, could adjust from your mobile device. Auto Away were great, but you need to create individual account for each person in your house, so could get Auto Away perfect. This is great product and can not complain anything so far.

We purchased two Nest 3 thermostats as part of an energy upgrade to a newly purchased home and couldn't be happier with them. From an energy-savings perspective, the learning function immediately saved us 10-12 percent on our electric bills during the hottest summer months and didn't require the hassle and trial-and-error of a traditional programmable thermostat. Our electric company also gave us multiple rebates for buying a Wi-Fi connected thermostat and enrolling in energy-saving programs, totaling nearly half the purchase price. From a convenience perspective, we love being able to adjust the temperature without getting up and walking halfway across the house and not having to remember to change the temperature to something more energy-efficient when we leave the house. All in all, a great purchase and highly recommended.

I bought this to try it out in my house and I have been happy with is since day one of my purchase. it has kept my house between target temperatures and being able to control it from my phone is the best part. The Eco feature of it is awesome as well as the Away feature whenI am not home.
