Installation was simple - just remember to switch the breaker/fusebox for the AC to off. Using it was even easier...it pretty much just runs itself. I made one temperature adjustment from my phone just to try it out. Also, you can monitor your settings and temp while you're away.

Replaced 2 older thermostats. Installation was extremely easy with good support on web. Including programming, it took approx 15-20 min per thermostat. Extremely easy to operate and my wife loves their simplicity. Been installed about a month and they learn very quickly. The phone app is very handy.

My buddy has had a Nest thermostat installed in his home for year. I finally decided to pick one up and its great. Its easy to install and there are even videos on Youtube that you can follow step by step. The fact that its so eco-friendly is one of the main reasons i bought this

Been really happy with my nest thermostats. I love how the home/away features work with our smoke detectors. I love the reports I can see form my smart phone that shows how many hours a day my AC has been running. Installation was super easy. I’m happy to recommend them.

I installed the Nest almost one month ago and it has worked out well so far. The installation was relatively easy. I received two rebates and that process was simple too. I enjoy being able to keep an eye on temps in our home wherever I am and being able to adjust them easily wherever I am.

Being able to control the thermostat away from home is the best feature. Other than that, I feel like its just a thermostat. There are some other features that are nice, like the energy usage report and controlling it with Alexa, but I hope to see some savings on my heating and cooling costs to help justify this purchase. I feel it's going to be a long term investment. Recommend for the avid smart home user or someone looking to control their thermostat away from home.

We love our Nest thermostat. Simple to install and operate.

I absolutely love the Nest products. They are both functional and eye appealing. The ability to control via the phone and set it to away is great. My favorite feature by far though is the ability to run the fun for say 15 or 30 minutes. This is great during the summer when you don't need to run the full ac but can just circulate a little air to take the heat off and fall asleep. Lets also not forget about Nest's monthly reports. Integration with Amazon's Echo allows you to use voice commands for your heating and cooling comfort. The only downside to Nest in my opinion is the lack of integration with Smartthings. Hopefully that will come one day...

This thermostat is well worth the money. With all the smart features it has it'll save you money on the electric bill. It detects local weather and if you're home or away and will adjust the temp accordingly. It also learns your habits so it's always one step ahead of you.

Definitely the best smart thermostat for anyone that wants one that just works once it’s installed. The contractors that Billy my house didn’t properly hook up the neural wire and that caused issues on initial setup but once that was figured out it’s worked without issue since. Much more reliable than the Honeywell smart thermostat the contractor installed. Could have been partly the wiring, but there smart service seemed to often have issues for the Honeywell that the nest hasn’t had. Smart functions won’t work when the internet goes down, but you can still control at the unit which was not an option with the Honeywell thermostat.

Impossible for me to go back to using a regular thermostat. Love my nest thermostat

This is amazing, I’m able to configure temperature for multiple rooms with connected sensors and it works just fine. One upgrade I will request is fast connection when operating via mobile device.

Not much to say about this product. It's easy to use and it will save you money. We had one in our old home and it cut my energy bill by a lot. Like, a whole lot. Paid for itself in just a few months. I love the green leaf feature. I try to keep the AC set so the green leaf always shows. Get it.

First off, I’ve never installed a thermostat before, and this only took 15 minutes. Second, the home monitoring feature that turns down the temperature when we leave the house has already saved me about 20% on my electric bill. Overall, I’m quite satisfied.

Works flawlessly! Set up was very easy and they give you everything you need to do it your self.

In one month, my utility bill dropped by ~15%. Now this in and of itself doesn't recoup the investment made, but over time certainly will. And because it doesnt run constantly anymore, I should see lower maintenance on the units themselves. Install and setup were a breeze and looks amazing.

I love my new Nest. It allows me to make my temp eco and also I can do it from my phone.

This is our 4th Nest thermostat (two in our previous house and 2 in our current one). Setup was easy and the online help is there if you need it. Love the way this thermostat works to help save energy and money. Wonderful product.
