By far if you can afford it the best, easy to use, accurate to the point and so many options on the app and device, the best option for me is that I’m able to control my air handler by it self without having to turn the entire unit.

We installed two of these thermostat about 2 weeks ago. They are the best! We can adjust the temperature from ANYWHERE, as well as, track our energy usage, set a temperature schedule, and so much more!! This is a relatively inexpensive product for the benefits.

I was a little reluctant on buying this item as I've heard people talk badly about smart thermostat's and it actually running up electric bills. Not so at all, this thing is amazing. It's not all that easy to install as the videos state. Luckily my brother the HVAC tech installed it for me or else it would still be in the box. Depending on how old your house is, will depend upon how easy it is to install yourself. But once it is installed it is amazing!

Was very happy with my purchase. Had a little trouble connecting it, but then I called the 24x7 help desk and they asked me to take a picture of the set-up and them they walked me through it. after that it was up and running and 5 min. I have really been impressed with how it is learning me.

My bills are greatly reduced now that I can lock the temp so my son can't set it to 50. When I come home on a cold day, I can turn it on 10min before I arrive. Forget to turn on the heat and the temp drops in the middle of the night, don't need to get up just grab my phone. Awesome product love it...

Works as advertised. Only complaint is it is a bit pricey. Easy install, easy configuration and just works.

Review for Nest Thermostat 3rd Gen Stainless Steel. Love this thing! Not sure if it's more about the thermostat or the fact that I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the temp as I did before. Now, as you may have heard in reviews as I did before purchasing, it does have some flaws. Today the Eco mode came on when my wife left for work but I was still home asleep. I knew the house felt cold for some reason. Seems if it doesn't sense movement over a certain amount of time it switches to Eco. Never really did that before today. For those that don't know, there is a mode of degree range you set for when you're not home called Eco Mode. It keeps the home from using energy when it senses that no one is there but automatically keeps the temps from becoming dangerously hot or cold. On another note, when setting, the temp seems to sway 1 or 2 degrees from what it's set for. So if it's set to 75 it will shut off around 76, and turn on around 74. From what I've read in other reviews and forums, this is possibly to keep it from switching on and off so frequently. For these reasons I give it 4 stars.Think they may have tried to make it do too much whereas it falls short of accuracy on a few features. But for my need (which was the convenience) it is great. I can live without some of the other stuff, just switch it off. I'd say this device (as with any) is something that's according to you or your family's needs. Some features in your phone you don't use, as some other people do. Find out what you can or can't live without in your best interest. I got tired of getting up and down when I finally get comfortable. Either way it's better than your old thermostat that's downstairs or across the room that you have to change in the middle of the night. That alone makes it worth it to me!!

These Thermostats are the Greatest! So easy to keep your house temperature right where you want it without having to keep adjusting it, like the older models.

Needed to replace a programmable thermostat and this was my choice great buy works well large display .

I bought this wifi thermostat for my primary home. Received a rebate from my power company and a credit on my monthly bill. This system learns your schedule and conserves when no one is home. It detects when the home is occupied or not. Love this thermostat.

I connected two separate Nest thermostats, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs systems. I followed the instructions and was able to connect both devices without issues. I was also able to integrate the Nest thermostats with my home alarm system making them even more efficient.

Its nice to know i can save money by using this device..its designed specifically to meet the needs of my household

Works well, our previous one was water damaged from a leak and this is a replacement. We have two of them for the zones of our office. I really like the app so I can change settings from my phone.

Nest Thermostat learns as you adjust the temperature. After a few weeks, it keeps our home comfortable. With many options, it’s easy to use and showed an immediate improvement in our home. Heat, air, or both working together. You really can simply set it & forget it!

Easy to install. Looks amazing. The features available are features you never knew you needed. And it’s just so easy to use! I connected two of them with easy and I love how it displays everything that you need to know on the first screen. No clicking around for what you want to see. Like to setting for both thermostats, if it is on Eco mode,etc. also you can set a timer for the fan!!! That is probably the most basic setting that I love because I don’t want the fan on all night.

Best thing since sliced bread, awesome to have a smart thermostat and not having to go upstairs just to change the temperature.

My smart home revolves around the nest status. Easily integrates with several 3rd party services/apps to help you automate your home. Easy to set up and use. It's pretty much set it and forget it. Don't forget to check to see if your local utility company offers a rebate for installing this!

Everything about this product is absolutely fantastic. The app, the smart learning, everything. I bought this a couple months ago and it really has adapted to my lifestyle, we will see how things go when the weather changes but for now I am extremely happy with the way this product has performed.

Awesome thermostat. It replaced our old manual thermostat and looks much more modern. It lights up every time you walk by it and the best part is being able to control it from your phone. Great for when you're hot or cold in the middle of the night and just have to reach for your Phone!
