We replaced our age old theromstat with this wifi and smart thermostat. It is easy to install and use. Ecosaving mode is a good feature to use.

Solid built and good looking thermostat. Self learning the environment's activities. Easy setting up and running. Installation guide on the website was easy to follow. Don't know about saving energy since it is only 1 week. Love the interface orange color when heater is on.

This is my 2nd and 3rd Nest smart thermostat. These are great if you want a "smart" thermostat but don't need a ton of fancy customizations. Install was easy.

This was one of the best purchases. Now I am glad my thermostat broke. Easy to install. Works well. Although the better price was through National Grid, BB doesn't price match to them, so shop around folks.

Easy to install and great to program the temperature throughout the house. Use the app for better assistance and if possible buy the google sensors if you only have one thermostat for the whole house like we do.

Very easy to install yourself. A lot of convenient options and programs itself just by you turning up the heat and turning down the heat in the long run it'll pay for itself highly recommend

This was super easy to install and even easier to program. Bought for our mountain house. We turn it on when we leave (takes us 2.5 hours to get there) and its nice and warm when we get there. No more freezing while it warms up! Very pleased with this.

I went from a standard a/c control panel to the nest thermostat and am very surprised how useful and easy to use it is. I love it’s learning algorithms and ability to change anything wherever you are.

Easy to use and to install. Originally purchased an Ecobee but it was incompatible with my HVAC system. The Nest automatically adapted and saved us $$ from not having to hire a HVAC person to re-wire.

I had to purchase a 2nd Nest Thermostat since my house has two independent HVAC systems one for upstairs and one for downstairs and this has been the greatest smart device I ever purchased!!

This is a fantastic product that is so convenient to use. We can set the temperature and it learns our habits. We love it. It evens sends a notification when it’s time to change the filter. Highly recommend.

So much better than my previous thermostat. Its easy to operate at the thermostat and in the app. I think setting the schedule was a little difficult with the just the knob and no touch screen. I covered the sensor because it is very sensitive.

This works so much better than my original device. It feels like it can reach colder temperatures much quicker!

The contractor sent to my home to install it, would not install it, said because of #of wires, which by the way was same # in my other home when I had the same thermostat installed by a different contractor for Best Buy, With no problem. Therefore, I HAD TO PAY an HVAC COMPANY to install it without having to do anything special with the wires! Best Buy in Vero Beach Florida, where I purchased this thermostat, need to hire qualified people to install these thermostats! The contractor in Florida did not know how to install it

This has been a great unit since the purchase, it was a breeze to install which I did myself and integrate it into my new home alarm system. I have already recommended it to friends that have the same interest in products.

I bought this as a replacement for a Nest Thermostat that I had purchased about 2 years ago. Love the interface and the app is slick. Functionality is great being able to control the HVAC from anywhere. I'm just hoping that the first one I had was a lemon to stop working after less than 2 years. We'll see how it goes with the new one.

I upgraded from gen 2 and this new version is far more sensitive and the new screen is quite viewable from across the room! The ability to pair with a separate thermostat is very helpful to getting the temperature control just right.
