Great new version of an older model. Our electrician dropped ours, so we had to get a new one, and it's so much sleeker. Controls our AC and furnace. Love it.

With this item, it has drastically saved me money. I have had the item for 2 months now and each month, the item slowly pays for itself. You're getting paid back little by little. I like the conviennece of being able to control my home from anywhere that I am.

I love that I can use this thermostat with our Alexa ... it makes it easy to change & check in on the temp in our home. We haven't really used the "Learning" features of this product yet.

We LOVE our Nest thermostat. Being new to full home automation having this thermostat is a must and we can't believe we went this long without one. It will be interesting to see how what if any, the learning feature lowers our bills.

I love my new nest, it was easy to install and setup. I was able to get it up and running in less than 30 minutes. The app feature is great, especially during these hot summer months. I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing the savings on my electric bill soon.

We bought this as a replacement for a 9 year old Nest thermostat that started having issues. Thermostat works great as expected. The cost is still a little high but average for today's smart thermostats.

I’m a girl thats not too handy in the house and I was able to set this up super easily!! I love it! I haven’t seen much savings yet but I’m hoping it helps as it starts getting our patterns. So far I’m very happy with it

I have it for a week and I like it. I like that you can control it using the google home, or by the phone, and for me, this is the win. I play with the setting and, they seem to be really awesome like them.

It was easy to install and I liked that it came with a cover plate large enough to cover the area from the old thermostat. It learns well and works even better with the more input that you provide. I don't have any other "connected" devices, but am interested in getting some. I don't know how the Nest can monitor heating and cooling differently based on which room is occupied without having a multi-zone system though.

My old thermostat was 25 years old and decided to get the Nest Thermostat. So glad we did can adjust temperature on my app a big plus when coming home after a vacation or late at night. No more coming home to a hot or cold house.

Easy to use, love that I can regulate the thermostat from my phone from anywhere. So 15 minutes before I come home I can change the thermostat to a higher temp so my house is nice and warm when I get home or turn the ac on cooler in the summer.

It went on an usual sale and bought it immediately. Allows easy access and control for my second home, which I cannot always be there. Easy display and lights up when you are nearby. Highly recommend and also be sure to get your local utility rebate!

Easy to install. Used directions and took less than 30 minutes to get working. Hardest part was trying to get hooked up to phone as our internet is slow. Will try again later.

Love the new thermostat. Very easy installation, took me about 15 min, with a guided step by step. And then the setup was even easier because it picks everything up so quick down to the wires.

We had been wanting a Smart Thermostat for a while. When we finally made the jump we couldn’t have been happier. I was worried about setup and install but it was sooo easy. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I have had an ecobee 3 and a nest for over a year. Was having issues with the ecobee and knew without a doubt that I was only going to go with nest. They’re a lot easier to program and love how it learns your habits as time goes on.

I am quite pleased with the Nest Thermostat. With it I can review its settings and usage throughout the day. It was easy to install and very easy to use plus I got a rebate. It is less complex than the model that came with my home and that makes me happy.

I purchased the thermistat after reading reviews. Installed and thermostat worked for a week. Woke up at 2 in the morning to a chilly house. Furnace was off. Called Nest and spent two hours on the phone with them trouble shooting. I was impressed with how much they helped. The internal battery was dead and the tech determined that it was because my router was conttantly pinging it keeping the radio on. I hadn't seen my router on the list of incomparable devices but he thought it was. We decided to try charging the battery using the USB port for a day and seeing if it started working. I installed an old thermostat in the intermediate. When I tried it a couple days later the battery was still dead. I didn't have time to mess with it so just returned it to Best buy. A couple days later a senior Nest tech called to ask about it. He said my router was comparable and that given the battery wouldn't charge the charging circuit was bad. I was actually very impressed with the service team. I will probably try another Nest thermostat when I get the time. While working it performed well. I had it connected to our Logitech Harmony system and it worked well together.

I have this thermostat over two years and I just put the new one in my second floor really really good product
