I bought this in a bundle package, and was not disappointed. The display is nice, and it is super easy to setup. Using the Nest website's tutorial videos, I was able to swap this out from my old thermostat, and get it programmed in under 10 minutes. The thermostat learns my family's routines, and over time makes adjustments based on what it learns. The display is customize-able with different information. It is very easy to adjust the temperature or switch from heating to cooling. Using the Nest App, you can customize schedules on your own, and there are even "eco" settings, where you can let the thermostat run to a temperature to save you money on your utility bills. I also bought 2 of the optional Nest temperature sensors (because I have a 3-story house). The only downfall to those that I didn't know about is the system can only run, based on which sensor you choose (in my case, I can make it heat my house based on the thermostat on the main floor, or one of the sensors in the basement or on the 2nd floor. But not all 3). I can also control my thermostat/temperatures from my Google Home speakers or displays; along with the app. And, with the Google Home Assistant, you can set up "routines" in there. So when you leave the house, you can make a routine and say something like "I'm leaving", and it would turn down the temperature to an Eco setting.

Box comes with everything to install, including mounts and screwdriver. Easy to setup and maintain, and integrated well with my other smart home devices.

Love it, use it every day, and prefer the Nest to any other solution. I'd say it is strictly superior and more convenient than any other company's smart thermostat, though the thing that annoys me the most is the fact that you cannot set a heating and cooling schedule in a way that normal human beings would like to. So for example, if you want the thermostat to heat your home in the morning up to 70 degrees, you have to set a schedule. But then, you have actually turn on your thermostat to the heat setting as if you're trying to turn it on immediately, and then set the target temperature to really low so it doesn't do anything. In the morning, it will automatically adjust at the correct time to the real temperature. Quite a weird and annoying way of setting a schedule.

Nest rocks. It is smart, friendly, easy to use and beats the pants off of using the old archaic thermostats I have used for years. Hands down the best thermostat on the market.

Easy to install as well as easy to hook up to our Insteon hub to monitor with our phones. Nice bright temp display. I have recommended this product to my family and friends!

Great product. This is my second nest. Safe temperatures prevent the house from getting too cold. Can turn it on from the drive home and have the house at temperature upon arrival.
