Very appealing thermostat - easy to read from a distance and love the fact it wakes up as you approach the unit. On top of getting a rebate it's a no brainer best buy (no pun intended)

One spontaneously died after a few months, but Google replaced it. The replacement process was clunky and for a while they seemed to lose my return, so I was afraid I’d be at risk of getting charged full price for the replacement.

Love, love, love my new Nest. You can monitor your electricity use from your phone and adjust the thermostat temperature all from your cell phone. Installation was super easy.

I love my Nest... bit of a learning curve, but this thing is smart, helped me troubleshoot a flaky A/C unit because of its detailed diagnostic output.

Love the fact that you can add the google app and control your thermostat away from home

This has been awesome! Definitely a good buy. I love that I can control everything from my phone, so no more having to get out of bed to change the temperature! :)

Excellent thermostat does what it advertises easy to use app. I also connected it to my Control4 smart home and works seamlessly

This works great for us! I love that I am able to set a range of temps and then leave them for the year; I don't have to go in and make changes for summer (AC) or winter (heating). There will be a learning curve for people that aren't into technology and don't already have a firm grasp on this stuff.

I love the fact that I can control my homes temperature from anywhere. The learning aspect of the nest's trying to determine my temperature preferences is a bit lacking and sometimes it goes in away mode while am in the house

Bought this thru the DTE rebate program, made it a good deal, love the programming and scheduling features. Wish it interfaced with my Samsung Smartthing Hub, but otherwise no problems.

Since I have installed this unit it has saved me money on my electric bills. I am really pleased with the unit and the way I can manage it through my phone.

This is the smart thermostat to get it is very easy to use and I love the self learning it does of your usage.
