It's a learning curve for me, but Next customer care is there just a phone call away to answer any of my questions. Nice to see and operate it with my smart phone. I like the way it adjusts when we leave the house by itself.

The nest products are very solid products in a general sense. The software for them is excellent however the build of the nest thermostats I have to rate average. After 2 years in a new house the mount for this product failed. Now this could have been because of installation but it randomly failed and our heat stopped. Its hard to be to critical. This failure could be due to the electricians skill at installing it. I give it good because you will want to be carefull with the wire mount. It is not very strong and apparently can break with little to no pressure. So take care of this and you will have a fun smart thermostat.
