After struggling to get this initially installed, some instructional videos on the web did the trick. Other than that, I love this device. Easy to program and control remotely and I’m now starting to see some nice energy savings!

I am very happy with my thermostat. I love the app and I love that I can control it with any of my google nest devices. The only issue I have with this thermostat is "Eco-mode" when I'm working, if the thermostat doesn't detect movement it will adjust the temperature so that the ac unit isn't running. This is annoying for me in the summer because I keep my house cold all year. Eco-mode is a lifesaver when I'm away. I love it so much, I bought 2 for my parents

Great product the easiest setup a monkey could do it. Just download the app before trying to setup the product.

Easy to use and seems to be keeping the energy bills lower. Only complaint is the auto home/away assist doesn't always work as intended.

I like the nest. It's ability to control temp while I'm at work I feel makes it more useful than a scheduling thermostat. Also it knowing when I've left the house is useful. Definitely if you have smart tech nest is worth it.

This is the third one for my second home. They just work and make like easier. Never have to worry about the Hvac running for no reason.

Terrific unit!! No need to adjust the heating when I leave or come home, it does it all by itself or you can do it from your smartphone.

Highly recommended. As long as you have a strong wifi connection, you'll love it. It even learns your schedule and adjust the temperature up or down a little to save energy when you aren't home

This thermostat is unlike any I have had in that it can take the weather into account so it will try to reach setpoint by my personal schedule or learned schedule. Because I have a Radiant heat source it naturally takes a log time to get to setpoint which isn't the thermostat's fault. But it will take the heat momentum into its learning calculations in order to turn the heat off even if it's below the setpoint because of expecting it to naturally get warmer after my gas turns off. Really cool thermostat. I only had an issue of not charging it before I set it on the wall (which I recommend to do for 45 minutes) and it never quite got enough charge and therefore turned its wifi radio off. I called nest support and they helped me understand that it could have just sat too long at Best Buy waiting to be purchased and lost some charge.
