We recently lost AC over the weekend at our office, so when we returned Monday morning it was about 85* in the office. We have had issues before and dragged our feet purchasing a unit, but finally did it. We wanted to be able to monitor the temp from away from the office. We also liked the app features allowing us to change the temp if we forgot to. It also monitors our office to help keep the temperature in line throughout he day as we get busy or slow down. I would give 4.5 stars, only due to the price. Of course when I needed it, it was not on sale. I did get a free item with it. We also purchased a wall plate separately to help clean up the wall from where our old unit was.

This was a great upgrade for our home. Easy to install and it has made life some much easier.

Love the fact that it shuts itself off if I leave the house, can control from phone, and already seeing energy savings.

Read many reviews before purchasing this product. Setup is very easy. I didnt install myself but the guy who did it took him few minutes. The setup was very easy even on the cell-phone too. The temperature can be easily setup from your phone even if you are away. In summer it will come very handy. So far hv so issues with it.

I absolutely loved setting this up very easy and the instructions were on point. Not to mention also easy to use once programmed.

I use these thermostats in both my home and businesses. They are beautifully designed and help to save time and money by allowing you to set a schedule and changing the temperature no matter where you are located as long as internet service is available.

I needed to upgrade my thermostat and I selected nest. Installation was simple and technical team was very helpful.
