Fun thing to have

When installing it is relatively simple, but make sure that all of the wires are cut and stripped to the same length. If they aren't you will have a difficult time getting the thermostat seated properly. It took about 4 days for the Nest to learn our habits, but it took over right away. We are home quite a bit, so the way function is not effective yet. When we go on vacation it should do very well.

Great thermostat with built in memory

It also has the away technology to save energy when it senses that you (your cellphone) are away from home and can set itself to a predetermined temperature. And then again you can always adjust it from the app either on the way home or across seas.
