    The Nest Thermostat is a very interesting and cool thermostat. As of this review it has been installed for 2 weeks. The ability to run diagnostics on my a/c unit saved me a lot of money. Furthermore the "airwave" function is a great feature. This feature leaves the fan on when the compressor shuts off. The lines are still cold so this maximizes the cold lines even though the system is off.

    This is actually our third Nest Thermostat so, obviously, we love it. Why, then, only 4 stars? My ONLY complaint is they have an awkward scheduling system when you want to set the thermostat to automatically adjust the temperature based on the time of day, in particular if you use the “Heat-Cool” Mode (set a maximum heat and minimum cool range, like 72-69, and depending on the temperature in the home, the thermostat will automatically cool or heat your home. This is a fantastic feature which is hard to program by the hour/day, but once a day is set up to your liking, it can be copy/pasted to every other day to save time. If Google would figure out an easier way to select the temperatures (other than their sliding scale which moves both cool and hot at the same time, which may not meet your needs), this review would be 5 stars…
