    Lots of flexibility. I'll never touch the thermostat again. Love the app! It doesn't "wake up" from far away but that might be bc it's in a hall.

    Really like the looks of the unit. The large dial is great. Only downfall is when the internet loses connection the unit is completely affected.

    It’s great to use if you are all about technology! Not sure if it works with Alexa but I use the nest app and it’s great. Our thermostat is downstairs so if I need to change the temp when I’m upstairs I can use the app

    I have tell you that upgrading from 2nd generation to 3rd generation is worth it in my opinion. The view across the room is a big asset. I did not think it was a big deal at first but now it really helps my old eyes! Just be aware that you will need to used the new baseplate as the 3rd generation has changed the size of it and is not backward compatible.
