I like the product but not too savvy so programming has been a challenge but it does learn my habits and adjusts to it.

The nest thermostat is a great product but after purchasing it we discovered it does not work with Carrier Infinity Furnaces, if you have a carrier infinity you will loose the infinity options that controls the comfort levels of your home. Online it is widely advised to not change out the infinity thermostat. They do have a connected infinity thermostat available but it is rather expensive and does not have good reviews.

Got 2 of these to replace my old Honeywell mechanical thermostats. The app alone makes it worth it. I got $100 off per unit via MassSave as an energy rebate to boot. Being able to control my heat without getting off my chair is great. How it learns my temp preferences, my away schedule and such is also great. Would totally recommend.

Replaced old thermostat with Nest. Easy install. No need for jumper wires. App setup was flawless. Visually looks great on wall and easy to read. Intuitive menu but needs a dedicated fan on/off switch in settings. Have to do by fan schedule if you want it on all the time. Had for one month so far and it's been great.

Easy to use. I got one for parents and they love it.

This works very well. I like that it remembers settings and adjusts accordingly. Make sure that when you are installing it that you make sure you use the correct configuration. We replaced a Honeywell thermostat and configured wrong which resulted in warm air. So look carefully.

Love this new controller..had some problems at 1st but found out our system was broken...know works perfect.

This thermostat is easy to setup, and I love that it learns how we adjust the temperature during certain time (such as knowing we like it colder at night when we sleep). I also enjoy that I can control the temperature from an app on my phone. Highly convenient!
