I love the app controls. Also a step above my former thermostat that controlled heat and cold separately.

I brought this system for my wife on her birthday. It served its purpose and did good but for some reason in the summer it was on cool blowing out hot air and winter blowing out cold air. We even had a licensed electrician hook it up and it didn’t run right. But convenient because you could set your temp away from home in home in bed if needed and on vacation.

Best thermostat ever! This thermostat literally dropped our energy bill by half... only complaint is that if there is not a constant power source the unit will die during the months of the year when the temperature isn’t as harsh but other than that couldn’t be happier

Great Thermostat. Had a little trouble on the install because of having an extra wire that wasn't listed. But Nest support was great looked at the model of the old thermostat and the model of the HVAC then sent me a wiring diagram for the correct setup. Other than that it was great.

I recommend this is part of your smart home or if you just want to save some money with your power bill. This thing is very smart intuitive and with the help of your phone it makes it that much better. I like the learning capability it has as opposed to its competitor the Ecobee that doesn't learn.

This was the best choice I made when making home improvements! I saved a ton of money this past winter!! If you're on the fence, you won't regret this choice. You can control it via the device, your cell and even google home. I love my nest!!

The bill is higher than usual but it’s hotter now. The only thing my partner isn’t crazy about is how long it takes to cool down when in eco setting. I don’t mind it myself but it does concern me that the ac unit will go non stop until temperature is reached.

I'm really happy with this unit. not only did it stop my furnance from coming on so much we noticed a decrese in our monthly bill. Also check with your utility company because there are rebates out there. we got 75$ back from the state for switching to this. Don't walk run to get this bad boy.

I had a little bit of difficulty with getting the wiring rigt but eventually got it. Now it's workimg well.

always loved next products. Packaged very well and come with easy instructions for installation. My only gripe with nest is you need to use a gmail account for the services. Overall still a great product, no issues

Easy to set up, interface pretty good. Got a little confused with “eco” settings and a few other options. It in general good and since I got it on sale price was ok. Very easy to wire up, only took 10 minutes.

I got this thermostat so I could check my office building after hours and on weekends to make sure the temp was set high. I didn't want to pay a lot, but I had no choice because I didn't trust the others to give me the same satisfaction.

Best feature about this I liked was that you can set fan to run for every hour that allows for air circulation through out the house

We had a Nest in our home and when we decided to buy a new home my wife all but insisted on another Nest. Easy to install. Easy to set up. Easy to operate from the app!

It’s very easy to install. The thermostat is smart to learn your patterns and create customize schedule. 3stars because it broke down after 2.5 years. Right after when warranty is expired.

Love integration with Alexa and Hue. Nest toggles to away mode when it detects our phones away from the house, and IFTTT kicks in and turns off all of our Hue lights. When we get home and Away turns off, the lights come on. LIttle things, but they make a quality of life difference.
