Works great...ECO mode is annoying but getting used to it

Got this thermostat for the automatic features to help lower heating costs. So far it is working great.

Get it if it's on sale. Works great for what I need it for which is a device that I can control remotely either via Alexa or through my phone app.

Nest Learning Thermostat is amazing. Had a little trouble with the installation, but the customer service rep was fantastic. Walked us through troubleshooting and solved the problem. This thermostat learns quickly and I believe is more accurate than our old one. Worth every penny!

love the app. you can control the temp in your house from anywhere. love the design and responsiveness. pretty awesome that it can automatically change from hot to cooling. it knows when you are coming home and can turn on. overall, pretty nice. my house definitely feels more stable between the nights and days.

I purchased the Nest back on April and it paid for it self by July. I have it set to 76 while im at home and when we are away to 78. It may not be much of difference temp wise but on my July bill i save $100. That just one month, same for August. I recommend this product to everyone!

We purchased this to be a more temperature efficient & eco friendly house. It works as described.

I’m able to control two zones very well relative to each other and by time of day. These units have good visual display including local weather conditions. The automatic adjustment when away is a great feature. It does take a bit of trial and error to get the schedule optimized.

Excellent product and installation was e a breeze. The average homeowner with no technical skills (I am included in that category) can install the item and have it fully functional in less than 15 mins. It make take a bit more time to set up the ability to control the device via your cell phone as you need to download the app. But, overall, it is very easy to use. The ring that circles the circumference of the device controls the menu selection options and tapping the screen enables the selection. If you can use an iPhone, then you can certainly use this device in no time. I purchased the latest 3rd generation product.

I really do like my best and the convenience it offers to keep tabs on the temperature of our house and pets. Especially living out in the middle of nowhere where our electricity goes out often due to the weather, lets us make sure the pets stay cool throughout the day!

Had some challenges with installation, and ended up needing to use a NEST Pro since our old thermostats had a proprietary wiring system. NEST Pro (Jerry Delmore) was outstanding; less so with NEST Customer support, which neither understood my issue nor could communicate clearly with me.

This is the best purchase I have ever made....it keeps giving back each month! We have saved so much money on electricity costs and have set up the schedule feature which has been so helpful during the day when no one is home!

why are you living in the 90s and adjusting your thermostat like a caveman? Pick one of these up and do it on the fly from your phone or set it once and it'll know what temp you like. Plus you save energy!

Purchased on Black Friday for our son and daughter in law as their main Christmas gift. They already have nest doorbell and added another nest product. They are learning how it operates and were excited to receive their first WiFi thermostat.

Purchased for our new house. It has saved us so much money. I can program it to lower at night.

I love it, its so energy savers, i can change the home temperature from my phone since I downloaded the app.
