I was looking at these for a few years, I waited a couple generations before taking the plunge. The best part about the Nest thermostat is that it saves you money and you can turn off your heat/AC automatically when you are not home!

The nest was pretty easy to install and so far has worked great. I do like being able to control from my phone. The reports could be better.

This thermostat has to be the most impressive thing made. Best part about it is that it has the option to store your pattern and set up a schedule automatically. I also love being able to access it and adjust it via the app.

I bought the Google - Nest Learning Thermostat - 3rd Generation to replace my 1st gen Nest and the process to swap these thermostats out was super easy, took about 10 minutes tops. Love the Nest!

This might be one of the best purchases of the year---it monitors everything and you can also set it up to where when you leave it will set the temperature to save power and money, because no one is home

So far, so good. A few "interesting" temperatures seemed to auto-load at strange times. For example, at 9pm with an outside temp of ~71 degrees, and an inside temp of ~75, the AC kicked on at a temp of 70 degrees. I was baffled. What was cool was I deleted those from the record, and haven't had the issue since. Even while I'm at work, I'll adjust as necessary to keep it in the green (leaf).

works well, just make sure there's a good wifi connection

There's a program through my power company that got me a rebate on my bill in exchange for them being able to alter my thermostat by a degree or two during high demand days. Worth it.

Nice addition to our smart home setup. Nice to come home to warm house.

This is our second set of Ness. The new generation has an upgraded look and was very easy to install and years. I highly recommend them.

Easy install with very comprehensive and simple instructions. Wiring chart was very helpful and easy to follow.

I did my research and decided on this one. Doesn’t disappoint! Love the option to run the fan which cools down the upstairs while taking the chill out of the basement. This is a solid product and I highly recommend it.
