Decided to purchase a Nest Thermostat after getting tired of walking to the other side of the house in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature. By doing all of that, sometimes it would be difficult to go back to sleep. The install was pretty simple. I'm still learning about all that it can do but so far I have enjoyed being able to change the temperature from my phone. Super conveinent for those late nights where I wake up hot from the heater being on. I literally roll over, grab the phone and turn it down/off. One complaint I have is the backplate that was included with it. I purchased the black thermostat because it goes well with items in my home, however, the backplate included with it is white. It throws the whole look of it off. Only reason I'm not super annoyed is because of the location of the thermostat, most people don't see it.

I've enjoyed my Nest thermostat. I control it mostly through the Nest app, although i just bought an Amazon Echo recently, so now i just have Alexa adjust the temperature when necessary. I'm glad i have this, as opposed to the old thermostat i replaced.

Always big lover of this product. The comfort it renders and the energy it saves eventually pays off the cost. + Comed rebate. This is second property i have installed this product in.

If youre on the fence, just get it. I suffer from buyer’s remorse with each purchase but not at all with this one.

Been great but wifi problem does happen. But a quick reset will help.

I bought the cheaper version of the google thermostat, but it didnt work for me due to me having a 2 wire system. The google nest learning thermostat however worked with no problems. No need for a nest power connector!

Camera can be installed at an angle which gives flexibility with the entry. Very clear and I love that it has the zones and recognized faces. We'll be switching out the Ring doorbell on the other door to this one!

I like it so far, although it is still learning. The set up was easy.

Really great product! Have been using it for a month now and my energy bill has decreased $30. The home/away assistant needs some improvement and this is why I am giving it 4 stars but it could still be learning my family or it simply takes about an hour to notice we are no longer home but whenever we return home it quickly notices we are home and switches from eco to the temp that it has learned. Set it was very easy had the system up and running in about 20 minutes everything that is needed is in the box including the much needed screwdriver that is needed to remove your old system to this system. Really enjoy controlling my home temp from anywhere or if I'm too lazy to get up at night to lower or raise the temp I can simply pick up my phone and make whatever adjustments

What is not to love about the Nest. It does everything for you effortlessly.

The Nest is exactly what we wanted. We are able to change the temperature from our cell phones and it has already learned when to turn down the heat and when to turn it back on just from how we interacted with it the first couple of weeks.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Easy set up. Easy use.

Install was very simple and straight-forward. Connected to my Wi-Fi easily and setup was simple. Had some issues with error codes related to 'not getting power,' but made some adjustments and checked breakers and now all seems to be well. I love being able to make adjustments to everything from my phone. Planning to update all electronics/appliances/fixtures in our home to 'Smart' devices and hoping this helps controlling temperature and as a result, lowering electric bill. We shall see as time passes. Very happy thus far.
