I think that the thermostat mode setting could be improved. You must clear your scheduled programming if you want to run an a/c continously or on automatic mode all day.

This one was added to the basement so that I could control downstairs temperature. Installation was a bit more complicated due to my furnace and wiring so I called support, who was EXTREMELY helpful and even emailed me a diagram of how to connect the wires. Great product, great service. Try and pick up during one of their sales when it is about $50 off every day price though.

This smart thermostat is light years ahead of the rest. My apartment is cooler and uses less energy now. The Neat adapts to my patterns.

Initially concerned that might be too geeky for the wife, but both loved it. Great that has app for Android and iOS. Recent software updates have added more features.
