You can control your lights right away out of the box.

We bought this product to try and have the house as automated as possible, but when we leave the house and someone stays that doesnt have the nest conected to his phone, this is where it gets complicated. The nest will shut down since its upstairs and it doesnt recognize the movements downstairs and u have to turn it on manually.

I love the convienence of this product. On those cold winter t/hot summer nights when you don't want to get out of bed you can just change the temp from the app. I buy these as christmas presents for family members.

Little overpriced but I’m in love with mine. It’s very convenient, especially if you work a lot. It’s just a click of a button where you can control the climate. Or turn it on or off.

I've been thinking of getting one of these for a while. I'm glad I made the purchase. This has already saved me a few dollars over the few months I've had it. Great features with the phone app as well.

This thermostat has saved me alot of money. Turns off when your away and you can turn it on when you leave work so it can be cozy when you arrive

I work in the HVAC industry. I have used the nest 1st through 3rd gen stats. They have work a lot of the bugs out of the 3rd gen . My customers are generally happy so this make me happy as well

We had these in our old house before we moved and bought the new 3rd gen for out new house. Other than the larger screen the seem identical. We like the eco-mode and being able to control with our phones.

I got this for Black Friday, so the cheap price plus the money back from com Ed made the total be $40 for this and it’s really great specially when used with a Alexa and phone.

So far the thermostat has been great. Installation was easy also.

It is an awesome product but I had to return it. My AC has two zones, controlled with the same thermostat, and this one cannot do that. Sad to let it go ....

Really pleased with purchase. Keeps a much more accurate reading of house temp. Really like the eco setting. being able to monitor from phone is awesome!!!

Great thermostat. Set up super quick. Seemlesly integrated into home network, Vivant home security, and Google Home device. Also appears to be cutting down on energy use and saving us $$ already!

Good price value for a quality item such as this. Ease of installation and user friendly in set up is what allows me to give such a positive review.

I like that I don't have to remember to change the thermostat settings all the time. I can also check on it in an app, in case I do want to change things before I get home.
