I decided to upgrade from my 1st generation Nest to the 3rd generation mainly for the larger screen. The higher resolution and the ability to see the forecast from across the room is a nice upgrade.

Never had a issue with my nest thermostat! You can easily adjust the temperature on your phone if you have the nest app. It's free to download and free service to use!

This is a necessity in my home. It actually does learn when you’re home & when you’re not. However, one stopped working, so I had to purchase another.

Absolute nightmare of an experience! Called through total tech rep. Appointment set up wasn’t even communicated well so we rush home to meet him. He is very late because he said it wasn’t at the store. Then we tell him it was delivered to the house. Next he installs it and leaves. Of course it doesn’t work. Technician won’t answer the phone, nobody at the store can answer because I was told they took away phones. We work through the 800 number to try to resolve and they were zero help. Nobody can contact the 3rd party and the advice is for me to go to the store since they can’t answer. So the device isn’t compatible, the technician left without testing and there is no way to speak to anyone for resolution. We had to take it out and reinstall our old system.

Easy hookup, works well, plenty of options. Its great controling the temp before i get out of bed in the morning.

I got three of these devices for my new home. I debated between this and the Ecobee3 but given the sale price during the July 4 weekend, it made my choice easier since they were effectively the same price.

Great product, install was ok, depending on what is currently there but not too bad. Good app control and the rebates are definitely helpful. The ECO mode helps and i've lowered my bills a bit.

It looks good, work great. I save money on my bill last month.

Great product and great deal!!! Nest is a little pricey but purchased for a vacation home down the shore for my parents. Great investment and best buy included a google mini with purchase!!!!
