We followed the instructions exactly the way they said, but once that happened, we decided to start changing wires around and now it works fine. Love the convenience.

My son installed it himself, never having had experience in less than 20 minutes. He has already seen the benefits and cost savings in his first electric bill. Don’t hesitate to pick one of these up. They’re well worth the money and cost savings in your electric bill.

I don't like that nest sold to google and my old phone app no longer works. The old app was very superior to the new one that we were forced to convert to. I hate the app so much I may eventually switch to something else next time I need to upgrade.

Manageable via smart apps, Google, etc. Perfect if you opted for the Google smart platform technology. I still think it's too expensive for what it does.
