Well needed! The nest actually learns your habits and start to cool down certain parts of the day.

After one month the device has almost paid for itself in savings in the electricity bill. No more forgetting to turn off the heat/ac.

Best item I've bought in a while. It knows when I walk by into a room and adjusts accordingly- just wish I'd bought sooner!

I like the way it works and the ease of set up. My only complaint is that they are being pushed for sale with a $50.00 rebate. When I went on to submit rebate, If you have Avista gas, they are not part of the group and so you don't get anything.

Looking forward to learning more about this. It’s great that I no longer have to worry if I left the AC at the right setting.

We have a 3 storey town home and it is very convenient to control temperature through phone. We have also connected Alexa to Nest.

I like it a lot. I don’t like how sometime the learning feature makes it go all out of wack. One day I won’t up to it being 55 inside (in the middle of summer)

Works as expected! Love that you can set heat / cooling simultaneously.

It doesn’t work with all kind of furnace. I liked it and I checked it online to make sure it was comparable to my furnace and it was but after I purchased it, somehow, it’s not. I had to remove it from the wall and charged it every two or three days, I don’t know why because it keeps dying and not charging. I tried to contact the customer service, not much help, they told me to replace my furnace or to try another thermostat or to hire a professional. Well I choose to stick with my old thermostat until I find something simple and easy to install.

Buy this...it will save you money. I know it's expensive to start off with, but it's WELL worth it! Trust me, you won't regret it!

The Nest thermostat is the best purchase we have made at Best Buy. I suggest this product to any and everyone.

I bought this because my thermostat is old and every in the morning my livingeroom area was cold. It needs to warm up few hr before we come down. It is able to heat up by scheduler and learned my setup base on time and indoor temperature. When we r away from home, it turns away mode which is eco mode. It is intelligent. Worth it to buy....
