Easy to use and the app (iOS & Android) is user friendly as well. Monthly reports are emailed and very interesting on the report (leaves we get vs others in our area).

I went through all the steps on the website and that resulted in the device no longer being able to connect to my WiFi. Followed again. Reset the device again. Now the device doesn’t even maintain the set temperature and has to be charged daily. What a rip off
