Works as designed! FPL should issue credits for those that upgrade their "Old Fashioned Thermostat" as this one save clients money and lowers your bill!

Easy to install, and operate. Thermostat started learning our habits and needs in the first few days. I am guessing it will pay for itself before the end of the winter. This was an excellent decision to replace our old thermostats with smart technology.

This product has exceeded the expectations it is great with learning your whereabouts when the turn the heat on and off air conditioner on and off the all attributes are great it also let me know when there are issues with the furnace by sending me a text message.

I installed this thermostat in May 2020 and initially everything worked very well. I started noticing significant savings on my utility bills and thought nothing more of it. Then once the weather started to change the issues started to arise. The learning feature started moving the temperature all over the place, I would frequently have to go in and program the thermostat back to the schedule that I wanted it on. In heat/cool mode it would consistently let the temperature idle outside of the range specified. Then in October the thermostat lost connectivity to my wifi connection and couldn't find any network. I spent several hours on the phone with Google support until they determined that the nest had suffered a hardware failure. Now I am waiting on a replacement device. Considering that the first until only lasted 4.5 months, I am not exactly optimistic about the longevity of this device. The only reason I didn't give one star is that the unit does save you money.

This thermostat only recognizes 1 phone so when my better half leaves the house it goes into eco mode even though I'm still home
