Still it's design is appealing and if it's to be believed it is actually saving me money on my heating bills.

The customer support is amazing! When we called them for help, they really went above and beyond to help us. Super sad to have to return this. Would recommend everyone check first to make sure this will work with your system.

I did some searching on the nest website for solutions but couldn't find answers so i call support (they say their 24/7 but its very poor at best) I talked to a woman who helped in the initial contact i was given a case number and was told to call back if the symptoms persisted. symptoms persisted and i have tried twice with no answer. Today Saturday i called again and after 30 min someone picked up, then put me on hold for another 30 min then some one got my case number and as of this writing i have not heard for that person i am at 1 hour and 26 minutes still on hold. Don't buy any nest product i am going to return this one. They say they have long Waite times because apparently there are a lot of people with issues similar to mine Dont buy Dont buy save your self a big headach
