At the moment, only the Nest Thermostat 2020 is one of the Google Nest products that will support Matter, which means it will be possible for our customers to control their thermostat from third-party platforms that are Matter certified. The app says product is offline. Cannot get updates or anything about what it is doing. Worry house will freeze. Very nerve wracking. But product works when I am home and in the area. Arrrggghhhh
