I love my Nest thermostats! I love the ability to change the temp from my fingertips.

I have two nests in my house and they always say they are offline. When I get up and go look at the Nests it says they are connected to Wi-Fi. Also see the Nest online in my route table. Their app support is what is terrible. Does this on multiple phones. Also notifications rarely work if something has happened to the HVAC. Since Google took over it has gone downhill. No or lacking QA process before they release software updates. Has potential but not until they get all their bugs figured out. Have had issues with these on and off for almost 4 years now, including the new one.

Caught this 70 dollars cheaper than the original 250. Then I got a 75 dollar rebate a few weeks after my purchase, which basically was only a little bit over 100 dollars. That's nearly a 150-dollar-discount..."I'LL TAKE IT!!" Not to mention, the easy-install and controlling of the temperature, whether home or away, has dramatically helped decrease another bill in the house. Thank you, NEST...

We only recently installed it so we haven't been able to learn all the functions and advantages of the Nest but I do like I was able to monitor and adjust the temperature setting remotely.

The nest thermostat helps me keep my house cool and warm even when I'm not there.

This thermostat has a lot of features and very easy to install. However this does not cool the house like previous one. You have adjust your temp to get the optimum comfort.
