    The technology is great, however the screen on the unit stopped working. It is still usable via the app, which is nice if there is a screen issue. Best Buy is resolving by replacing the unit.

    First 9ne I bought was bad. Best Buy replaced it with no trouble at all. So far the second one is doing great. Easy to set up and use
