Impossible to install, finicky requirements

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We tried installing this Nest ourselves as well as hiring a professional (who charged $150!). Utter failure. It's impossible. Nest is very badly designed. It requires so much power. Our cables in the wall simply did not provide enough power. Nest would start up and shut down, repeatedly. Do not buy Nest. Go for ecobee which is much easier, better designed, and less headache to install.
