Bought nest for mom’s house. Product was defective - battery dead even after charge - had to return and get a new one Installation was easy but connection has to be pushed down position vs nest 1st generation Spend hrs and hrs with customer service by phone to figure it out. Otherwise system is working fine.

Awesome. Very convenient that I can adjust the temp in my home from my phone. I can keep the heat down while I'm gone and warm up the house on my way home.

The old programable thermostats wear out and never really control the temp that well. The nest was really easy to install and works great. much more consistent temperatures from our system.
