We bought the Nest from a recommendation and haven't regretted the purchase at all. It's very user friendly.

Had to replace the generation 1 nest thermostat because we had issues with wifi connectivity. This one works great now. Gen 1 lasted from 2013 til now.

Great product, though certainly overpriced for what it is. Installation would have been easier had I not had any Nest devices, as the assisted install kept failing. Otherwise, unit looks great. If it wasn't so expensive it would get 5 stars.

I was having a problem with my thermostat being in the hallway because the temperature is usually cooler than the rest of the house so with the generation 2 I would just run the fan much more to get the temperature in the hallway to feel like the rest of the house. But finding out that nest came out with a temperature sensor that I could place outside the hallway I knew I had to have one. The only thing is, generation 2 did not support them. So I bought the 3rd generation to be able to use the temp sensor. Now I rarely need to run the fan because the rooms I keep the sensors in cool and heat the way I want!

I love our Nest Learning Thermometer! It is easy to install and use! We have had some complicated thermostats before and I couldn’t use it correctly!

Never get out of bed or off the sofa to change temp. Get house to right temp before getting home. Save money on electric bill. This thermostat does it all with an easy to use app.

I originally bought this to try and save money on my electric bill because of the smart features. Personally I usually keep the temperatures pretty low and my bills are never too crazy. However when I bought it and set it up I just forgot about it and my bill hasn't dropped that much but I do love it. Although my bill only went down ~10$ a month I can turn on the a/c or heater from my bed. I can turn it off if i left it on once I leave the house and after a long day if i want to come home to a hot or cold house i can do that and that feeling is priceless.

Bought this as a gift for our inlaws - they love it!! We have one at home too - worth every penny & easy to install!

Easy to install and configure. Once you go nest there is no looking behind.

I haven't seen big electric bill savings yet, but it is supposed to learn our habits and get smarter with time. The home/away feature is great. It recognizes when we are not home based on our mobile phone location and adjusts the temperature up. When we head home, it recognizes it and begins to cool down again.

This sleek little gadget has changed my life. Love being able to turn the heat on remotely before I get out of bed on a chilly morning.

Awesome. Can change temp in my house from my phone. Out of town? No problem. Turn AC back on a couple hours before I get home. Electric bill dropped. Received rebate checks quickly.

I can’t imagine living without the nest now that I’ve had it. It’s supet easy to install, use, and it’s so much better than trying to guess the temp on an old temperature knob.

Also purchased installation services by Best Buy. Easy to operate. Should be more precise than my previous thermostat.

The thermostat keeps track of everything, how long the air conditioner was running to knowing when you are home and not home. You control it from your phone. Great energy effecient product.

This device is a life saver. We read the reviews and are super happy that we bought it. I like that it learns your schedule and also suggests how you can save money. Really happy we got this model!

Bought it as a gift for my mom and she loves it! Super easy to install...plenty of YouTube videos to watch while installing as a tutorial.

WE finally made the switch from a dumb programmable thermostat to a smart one. It's really nice being able to control the thermostat from anywhere and the auto-away feature works pretty well.
