Love this thermostat. Just took a bit to figure out how to use it but once that's done, it works very well & seems to be reliable. Easy to load to cell phone & to use the app.

nest keeps my home warm and saves energy while I am away from home. i was able to install and configure it just in minutes time. Excellent thermostat to have at home for heating & cooling.

The Nest thermostat is great. It can help you save by having access outside of the home. You can also create a better range of preferred temperature instead of just having one set number.

The Nest does what it says it will do. Be careful on installation as wires do not always match the letters. Track your wiring to your furnace to make sure your install is correct.

While the Nest does it's job, there's a lot you have to do if you don't want it to "learn". Once that's done you can set preferred temps at various times during the day and it will stick to that. If you want to use the external sensor, you're limited. You cannot specify specific times that you want the sensor to be active, only generic preset times. I have an ecobee that I brought from my old place and I much preferred the way the system worked but the hardware doesn't work properly with my current hvac and recent software has made it slightly less user friendly as they incorporate their other products and subscriptions. Lastly, I use homekit which ecobee supports but Nest doesn't There are workarounds but they're not the most elegant or stable.

This was fairly easy to install. I was uncertain about the wiring but the online tutorial and customer assistance were great. Living it so fast; especially controlling it from the app.

Love using our new Nest, the use of the APP is great because you can adjust the temp in your home if you are out of town and have forgotten.

This is a great product. I initially bought it thinking it was going to be another place for my wife to hang out away from me but its ended up being a great thermostat!

The Nest is great! It took about 2 weeks to get to the point I don't have to touch it anymore. It's creepy how good it works. I had a bit of trouble with the initial install, but the excellent troubleshooter got me up and running. Still waiting on my electric bill to see if I'm getting the savings I hope for.

Awesome product, would like if it got an option to set fan automatically, instead only giving option for a fan schedule

It’s learning our patterns and hopefully reducing If you pass by it lights up with the temp You change change the schedule remotely by phone or do it manually

we are seasonal and wanted to monitor the house temp remotely; you will need wifi; easy install, after you download Nest app follow step by step setup on thermostat and you are set; works perfect!

Use it to control temperature remotely since i live in a 3 story house. Setup Eco mode to save money and gas provides rebate making this cheaper.

Works like I expected. Setup was simple and only took a few minutes. It's so nice to be able to adjust the thermostat from anywhere

The Nest thermostat is amazing. I love it. It is super easy to use, recognizes my heating/cooling patterns and is compatible with my other Nest products. (You only need one app for all of your Nest products.) If I forget to turn the temperature up or down before I leave home, I can change it right from my phone! You can monitor the temperature in your home using the app. Highly recommend this product. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Really like this thermostat! I can set a schedule and temperature. It can also be controlled by app. Want to purchase another one to control my upstairs unit.

This Thermostat is the best, it works great and looks so beautiful on the wall, i would definitely recommend it to my friends.
