The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Within the First two days it was on track to our routine and adjusted itself accordingly.

Initial Nest Thermostat went bad after a couple of days, Best Buy exchanged without hassle. Second thermostat has worked without a hitch since then. Neat upgrade for the home.

Its super simple to use, its bring me back to when i have the old dial thermostat, love this. Little pricey but you are getting what you pays for.

A little pricey but I wanted it to team with my Cameras and soon to be Nest Protects. With exception to a minor difficulty getting the operating display to fit snugly on the backplane, the installation was fast and VERY easy. Could not get it to work on dual heat pump. Have had two in the past and loved it. Unfortunately had to return this one.

Love the Nest. It works perfectly. We had some issues with installation but called support department and they were awesome. Best customer service ever!

I've had a Next 2nd generation for a couple of years and it's worked so well that I got a Nest for my son's house. Now I can monitor and manage both houses. Economical - it learns your habits and uses the knowledge to reduce energy consumption when you're not home or when you're sleeping. Convenient - the furnace or A/C can fire up when you're a few minutes away from home so the house is comfortable by the time you walk in the door. And it works with Google Home or Amazon Echo so you can start the heat just as you're getting ready to shower, and then dial it back when you're dressed, all with voice commands.

Very convenient product. Installed this and like how i can adjust from the app at anytime. Recommend anyone who wants to upgrade their technology.

I bought this thermostat because we own other Nest products. Love that we can control it with our phone. Setting the schedule was a little tedious but otherwise great product.

Very easy to install and set up. I bought two over a month ago and I love them. Make sure that you check with your gas/electric company. Many offer a $100 rebate per unit.

The learning part of the thermostat takes a while to get use to. There are some neat features like fan run times and several others.

Works great. So glad we upgraded to this and saves us money by being able to control it from our phones.

Works great, the only issue (and it's probably only me), when our float switch activates, we get a power lost error on the display. Obviously the power is turned off due to the switch, but if you're not somewhat savvy, you may not know what your issue is.

you really this thermostat, works well and there is usually a rebate you can get for pse, etc to make it more affordable
