You don’t need an electrician to install! Easy directions and works great with the app.

Nest was easy to set up. Installed upstairs it knows our schedule just after a week or so. No longer have to remember to adjust settings while leaving or returning.

I have 2 nest and they are awesome... I like that I can control the temps before we get home or check to insure they r off when need to be..

I've had mine installed for about a week and so far I like it a lot. I've used Ecobee for about 5 years and have never liked how the temp has to be changed by dragging your finger up or down. The Nest is so much easier as you just turn the dial on the unit, or click the up and down arrows on the app. I haven't used the programming yet as I want to see how long it takes to 'learn' my schedule.

Works great. I preferred this over the black color in our house with the nickel hardware

... although the "learning" can sometimes be inaccurate. But you can always modify the schedule with your phone or on the device, and the interface is very simple.

Good overall product. Great build quality. The numerous settings can be a little overwhelming … especially when smart learning seems to take over the temperature. The display is easy to read and crisp.
