Super simple to install IF you have a (blue) common wire ran to your current thermostat. My home was built in 07’, current thermostat did not require a common wire but luckily one was installed just not connected so all I had to do was connect one end up in the attic to the furnace to make it “live” and then plug it into the nest. It SAYS you can use the Nest without one but what ended up happening was my AC system would run for 30 seconds and then shut off for 10 and then kick back on. Certainly not healthy for the unit! This happens because the nest needs more power to charge its battery and my AC system didn’t take to that kindly.

installed this last week, simple install connected to wifi right away, has saved me energy by added the temp pod

Cant imagine my house without these Nest! They are fantastic! Save energy and don't even have to get up in the middle of the night to turn up the heat!

The Google nest works great and i love that you can add sensors to any room you want and it links up easily.

After two years of going back n forth on purchasing this, I finally decided to go for it. Best decision I have made. Easy to set up and very user friendly

this is a great tool to use when home or away! i can use this from my smart watch or phone. this tracks when i use it and how much energy i use.

Love the thermostat. Enjoy being able to change temp while laying in bed. Nice energy saving features as well.

I like the idea you can control everything from your phone

Installed by Total Tech Support the thermostats worked right out of the box. Can adjust temperature from anywhere.

It's a beautiful piece that improves the look of your home while potentially saving you money but I wouldn't say it's a necessary purchase. I love the auto away and auto home feature but if you're great about keeping a/c to a minimum, you may not get your money's worth.

This self learning thermostat is great you can set the tempature with your phone or even create a sechedule it saves energy and lowers your bill

It is very convenient to adjust the temperature any where from the house (or anywhere else) with your phone. Sometimes it goes to eco mode which I do not mind if it is summer but when is winter, I want it warmer.

I bought this thermostat to work with my google home and it works great, it does all sorts of cool stuff and looks great on my wall.

I love my new nest thermostat. It learns your patterns within days and I love that I can control it from my phone when I'm not home.

This is a solid product. The wireless connectivity is great. It is particularly helpful in automatically creating a schedule, and saving you money. If you can afford it, I highly recommend. We used a coupon on the purchase--I don't believe it is worth $250 (4 stars).

Easy to install and already showing its value! The Nest and its app have pointed out how simple it is to best heat our home and how to save energy and money.

From the first day I set this thermostat up I loved it due to all the features from the scheduling to being able to remotely adjust the temp on the fly.
