I myself would not have been able connect the thermostat but my boyfriend had no problem doing it. Once it’s installed it’s very easy to use.

If you have a vacation home or just want to have your home the temperature you want when you get home from work using their app, buy this unit.

The ease of using it through phone is the prime advantage. Eco mode is a nice feature too. I haven't started using or understanding the learning feature , yet, I see it was trying to adjust the temperatures sometimes based on time and usage. If I leverage it to 100%, it should be awesome. So I feel its worth the money

Nice color, ease of use, so many features and options. Being able to change when out of town is a great feature.

Best thing that has come out to monitor temperature at home when you are away. You can see temperatures at home and adjust to hot or cold.

Finally upgraded to a smart thermostat, very nice to control everything from phone and even when your not home!

Great technology! This thermostat will help you save money, and manage the temp of your house while you are at home and away. I looks very new age as well.

It was very easy to install and the app works great! No issues and we really enjoy the extra temp monitor for the bedroom.

I originally purchased this product because my wife would get hot in the middle of the night and I got tired of going downstairs to turn down the thermostat and the Nest would allow me to control the a/c with my phone. Then I realized my gas provider gives me $100 rebate for using a smart thermostat. Then I started playing with the features like "Away" and noticed how I was using less energy in the "History" feature that monitors energy use. They say these thermostats pay for themselves in 2 years, but I have a feeling it will pay for itself in about 6-12 months.

Works great. Easy to integrate with security system allowing mobile access.

The Google - Nest Learning Smart Thermostat - 3rd Generation - Stainless Steel is wonderful. Great buy!

In addition to being a practical gift, the Nest can be a fun device for the techno-geek! My husband will enjoy conquering this new challenge!
