It arrived on time and undamaged. Installation is very easy and simple. System was up and ready in less than hour. Easy to use and lot of option to configure. It is expected to save money on my energy bills. I would certainly recommend this product.

Even though the 'test' procedure says it should be compatible it is not compatible with modulating furnace blowers. Most new high end furnaces are equipped with modulating blowers for high efficiency, Nest just does 2 speeds, high and low....

Works great overall. At time it will adjust the schedule on its own. I just go into the phone app and readjust it. That has only happened twice in 2 years. Very happy with product.

Very easy to install yourself. Just read the instructions. Very easy to set up and use. It pretty much takes care of itself!

If you have a straight up apartment or 1-zoned house, this is the best product for you. I love the learning ability and the motion sensor. I have a 3-zoned house and sometimes the temp of 1 competes with the other but overall, it is still good.

Just love having the Nest Thermostat. Helps me participate in various PG&E programs that save electricity during peak loads and gives me some cashback for playing my part. I would definitely recommend getting the Nest sensors if your house is multi-story since the temperature sensor is in the unit and the device will not be able to sense the gradient on the other floor without the sensor.
