Love this thing once it learned our schedule and what temps we like it has saved me a ton of money

This thermostat is only worth the price if you qualify for the energy efficiency rebate. Don't know why it is called "smart". The only smart thing is the price charged. Like most thermostats it can connect to wifi and other smart assistants like Alexa. One annoying feature is that it lights up every time you walk by it ..to the temp. It would be better if it could light up to time/date. Perhaps it can but seems like a lot of work to figure out how to make this happen. It comes with a white back plate that is not appealing to the eye and is not shown in most pictures.

Haven't had it long enough to see and savings but seems to work great. Customer support was excellent as well.

Works as intended but wish you could add more than two houses to the same account.

Easy install. Works great with wifi. Temp setting in first week kept cycling to higher temp. App is great.

I was able to install the thermostat without any difficulties. Very easy to follow instructions. I love how this thermostat can save energy while we are away from home. I can also control the temperature even if I am away through an app that I downloaded to my phone. It looks modern and it is a great investment.

First of all, I ordered the BLACK, but I was given the MIRROR BLACK.. big difference. Anyways, I realized when I was home. Too late and lazy to return. Great device anyways.

I'm not convinced that the price is a good value. Conventional thermostats are ok. The only real benefit is distance control. The "smart" capability to set the temp is a hinderance unless you are very predictable.

So far, love this little guy. It is our first smart thermostat and I love that I can just tell Alexa to change it, or change it from my app while I am in bed! I gave it a 4/5 bc even though they label the wires for you and the app walks you threw installation, they have one wire connection wrong, so it was blowing heat when I first installed it. I had to google the problem and found an entire thread of people that were having the same issue. Luckily someone had posted what to switch around and it worked!
