    I've been using Nest thermostats for along time now, added this one to the 'second zone' of my house. Great job as always, looks good. easy install. If you already have a gen 1 or 2 thermostat their is nothing new to make it worth upgrade. (definitely looks better, thinner, color is a nice add)

    I had another brand of thermostat that was brighter than a nightlight and after 2 years failed. The Nest was my replacement choice and has really surprised me, not only does it turn off so there is no light at night, it warned us of an issue with our air. The diagram pointed out exactly where the issue was. Also I have noticed that the Nest is far more efficient that my prior one, our air is not working as hard as before and the energy bill has decreased.
