    Being a big old geek/nerd, I love the idea of a smart house. I didn't expect such a big difference in my utility bill. My electricity portion has dropped about 50 dollars a month since I installed this. It learns and does a great eco mode and controls your air/heat to make it more efficient. Loved it so much that I bought it for my parents' new home as well.
