I wish the plate was able to be turned, so that it could be installed long ways. Or so that you could alternate between the 4 predrilled holes. Also I feel as though you should be instructed to first place the face on before turning the power back on. Just to test that no wires will be pushed back, pulling them out of the connectors. Then remove the face and turn power supply back on. I had one troublesome wire that kept popping 2 other wires out, requiring me to go turn power back off before repositioning the 3 wires.
