    I like the online aspect, but seems like heat doesnt come on as often as it used to. Not sure if this is energy saving or what. But I like being able to control temp from app while I am away

    Easy to install and operate. I like being able to change and check the temperature in my house from my phone. I dont think it's saving me much on my bills but looks nice.

    My 30 year old thermostat quit working. I contacted Geek Squad and found out installation of a new digital one could be done under my current service contract for a $50 cost to me, plus the cost of the Thermostat. Research on Best Buy and with Geek Squad indicated the Nest could work on a double source system. Install and testing was quick and straightforward.
